Orders may be made by post, email or in person. We are happy to discuss your needs and preferences.

· Please provide a good quality, clear original photo. Indicate which subject to use if in a group photo.
· Specify the size and format needed. Unless otherwise requested the ceramic photo will be in a vertical position with half bust only (head and shoulders).
· Inform us of any changes or requests. eg. Background colour, editing.
· When posting please use a secure method so photo is not bent or lost.
· If sending by email please send as a jpeg file scanned at minimum 300dpi.
· Provide your name, telephone number and address for communication and delivery.

Payment may be made by bank transfer, cheque or money order with your order. Or by cash on delivery.

  Delivery will be in 10 working days in the Sydney metropolitan area. Please allow extra time for delivery in other areas, subject to Postal service chosen.

  We guarantee the colour on the photoceramic for 30 years. We provide you with our personal service for your orders and enquiries. We have a wide range of sizes and styles and also supply frames and accessories.
